Whanau groups

On Friday afternoon we had Whanau groups and we did some rainbow art. We did ours all in purple.

Rainbow Day

Each class came to school dressed as a colour of the rainbow.  Room 3 and Room 4 came dressed in purple.

Later we went out joining the other classes to make a Normandale School Rainbow.

Painting

We have been learning about mixing colours and painted flowers to show the colours that make purple.

Our Room 9 Buddies

Today we had buddy reading with Room 9. Thanks for coming to visit, we love buddy reading.

Mixing Colours

Today we tried an experiment to see what would happen when we mixed yellow and red together.

We made orange when we mixed red and yellow.
